The perfect starting point for our adorable preschool dancers! In this class, we introduce the basics of dance in a fun and engaging way, focusing on essential skills like body awareness, coordination, and balance. We make sure to create a nurturing environment where children can explore their creativity, enjoy freedom of movement, and develop their sense of musicality. Little ones will get to learn simple ballet and jazz steps, setting the stage for future dance adventures. We also encourage them to express themselves through independent and group activities. As a special treat, there's an option to work on a short, delightful dance routine to share with family and friends at the end of the year. The class runs for 30 minutes, and it's open to both boys and girls—no special uniform required, just ballet shoes!
CLASSICAL BALLET (5+ years)
Elegant, controlled, and captivating—ballet has enchanted audiences and shaped dance culture since the 19th century, continuing to be cherished by many today. Known for its light, graceful movements, classical ballet is both one of the most challenging and rewarding dance forms to master. In our ballet classes, students are encouraged to blend creative expression with rigorous technical training. We use the ATOD syllabi, which offer a thorough and inspiring approach for ballet dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced. This comprehensive syllabus is designed to motivate and support dancers, providing a solid foundation in technique while fostering artistic growth. Jazz dance is a vibrant and energetic style that brings a fun, upbeat flair to the dance floor, often featured in pop music videos, concerts, stage shows, and Broadway productions. It’s perfect for dancers who appreciate the technical aspects of ballet but crave a style with more groove and personality. In our jazz classes, students have the opportunity to explore creative expression while honing their professional dance technique. We use the ATOD syllabi for both ballet and jazz, which provide a fresh, engaging, and thorough approach to dance education. This syllabus is designed to inspire and challenge dancers of all levels, whether they are pursuing dance recreationally or professionally.
CONTEMPORARY (7+ years)
Contemporary dance is one of the world's most popular and captivating dance styles today. Known for its dynamic and expressive movement, contemporary dance often features unpredictable and fluid patterns that break traditional boundaries. Dancers in this style excel as storytellers, using their bodies to convey deep emotions and complex ideas through powerful and evocative choreography. While contemporary dance celebrates freedom of movement, it also demands a high level of strength and technical skill. Unlike structured syllabus-based classes, contemporary dance emphasises creative exploration and personal expression, allowing dancers to push their limits and discover their unique artistic voice.
aCROBATIC DANCE (EXTENSION CLASS) (7+ years)

Ideal for those who thrive on combining strength and flexibility with artistic flair, acrobatic dance pushes the boundaries of traditional dance forms, offering a unique and exhilarating experience for performers and audiences alike. To excel in acrobatic dance, it's essential to also take ballet and jazz classes, as these are compulsory.
